One of the biggest mistakes in astrology is to only pay attention to the signs and houses that are occupied by planets. The signs and houses not occupied by planets are just as important. We have all 12 houses and all 12 signs in every chart for a reason.
I like to think of the 12 zodiac signs as vitamins. You need all 12, but you need them to be balanced. A natal chart overview is needed to assess where someone may have an astrological deficiency or toxicity. And what signs they are sufficient.
This reveals a sort of ‘filter’ that shows how we as a person ‘filter’ cosmic energy.
This is why cosmic energy can affect people differently. Not everyone will experience the same effect.
For instance this can show where we might be deficient as if our ‘cosmic filter’ is blocked.
Example: if Leo is lacking or blocked, a person could have trouble with self confidence.
On the other end, someone could have a planetary Stellium or several planets in a certain sign or house. This can cause too much of a certain type of cosmic energy to affect someone.
Example: if someone has a Leo stellium or several planets in Leo, they could have issues with arrogance.
Now, how can we tune our ‘cosmic filter’ so that we can experience the positive effects of all the signs?
